General Rules and Regulations
Please read all guidelines carefully before participating
Eligibility
Participation is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students of all departments of all invited institutions.
Event Registration
Participants must make note of the Event Timings and are not allowed to register for simultaneously occurring events.
Registration Process
Teams must register through the Official Registration Link, and registration fees must be paid before the deadline, i.e. 17th December 2025.
ID Requirements
The participants must carry their college ID Cards as well as the fest ID cards throughout the fest.
Reporting Time
Participants are required to report to the registration desk at their respective venues 15 minutes prior to any event's start time.
Equipment & Materials
Participants must bring their own laptops, pen drives, and adaptors for presentations and screenings.
Certificates
All participants shall receive their Participation certificates upon successful completion of their registered events.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be original, free from plagiarism, and sent only to the official fest email ID provided for each event.
Safety & Security
Participants must avoid carrying hazardous, expensive, or fragile articles to the venue. The organizers are not responsible for any damage or loss.
Props & Costumes
Participants should carry their own belongings, props, and costumes required for their performances or presentations.
Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain respect and professionalism towards fellow participants, judges, and organizers. Any misconduct may lead to disciplinary actions.
Personal Belongings
The Organising Committee will not be responsible for any theft or misplacement of personal items. Participants are advised to keep their belongings safe.
Media & Recording
The Organising Committee reserves the right to record and publish proceedings, photographs, and videos for promotional and archival purposes.
Important Notice
By participating in CHITTARA - SJCL, you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations mentioned above. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify or update these rules as necessary.
